JOB DESCRIPTION

I need an experienced ServiceNow IntegrationHub / Flow Designer developer to build a custom ServiceNow Spoke for my product MailSlurp (email & SMS API used for OTP and automated testing).

This Spoke must be importable + shareable so that my enterprise clients can easily install it and use MailSlurp actions inside Flow Designer without writing code or configuring raw HTTP steps.

You will work inside a ServiceNow developer instance that I provide.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

A new Scoped Application (Spoke) called MailSlurp Spoke containing a set of Flow Designer Actions that call MailSlurp’s REST API.

Each Action must include:

• Inputs (parameters)

• REST step calling MailSlurp API

• Output mapping (JSON → friendly fields)

• Use of Connection & Credential Alias for API key

• Clean naming, categories, icons

I will provide the API operations, inputs, outputs, and test credentials.

DELIVERABLES

1. Complete MailSlurp Spoke (Scoped Application)

• Fully working

• Follows ServiceNow Spoke conventions

• Uses Credential Alias properly

• No hardcoded API keys

2. Update Set (XML) export

This is critical — it must be importable by customers to install all actions.

3. Short installation/usage guide (Markdown)

• How to import the Update Set

• How to configure the Credential Alias

• How to drag-and-drop the MailSlurp actions into flows

• Example Flow screenshot

4. A demo Flow Designer Flow

Simple example showing:

• Create Inbox → Wait for Email → Extract OTP

This will be shown to clients.

• Strong experience in ServiceNow IntegrationHub & Flow Designer

• Ability to build custom REST-based Actions

• Experience creating Spokes / Scoped Applications

• Must know how to structure actions cleanly for end-user consumption

• Must deliver Update Set (XML) for distribution

• UI polish inside Flow Designer actions

• I will provide:

• ServiceNow developer instance

• API reference + sample requests

• MailSlurp test keys

• The final Spoke must be designed for non-technical enterprise users to drop into flows without scripting.
