We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess senior-level ServiceNow development skills, combined with exceptional customer interface abilities to gather requirements and design complex solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs. This contractor position focuses on supporting the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects using ServiceNow.

Skills

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, including Scheduled Script Executions
• Knowledge of notifications and reporting within ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Ability to build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and various APIs
