ServiceNow CMDB Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an adaptable and inquisitive professional to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system using ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural thought leadership and create end-to-end architecture blueprints for IT service management.
• Maintain and upgrade existing ServiceNow platforms, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements to enhance overall system capabilities. Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• At least 4+ years of experience in designing and developing CMDB solutions with CSDM methodology.
