- Implement SAM Pro for scratch which included configuring the workspace, giving demo to the Asset team.
- Implement multiple Service Graph connectors for pulling in the software data as part of implementation of SAM Pro.
- Co-ordinate with Asset team for importing the Entitlement data for different publishers for SAM Pro Running reports on the Software installation team for the Asset team.
- Perform Model management as part of SAM Pro to clean up the models which were duplicates, creating model categories.
- Solve issues for SAM Pro reconciliation process for different publishers and issues with the process during upgrade of instances.
- Install Service Graph Connector for Microsoft SCCM (SG-SCCM) and migrating SCCM 2016 to SG-SCCM to pull in end user devices data for HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementation.
- Implement SAM Pro to pull in the SaaS subscription data for the different publishers such as Abode and Microsoft for the operational efficiency of Software Asset team, run reconciliation for different publishers to remediate different products.
- Set up the Service Graph Connector for SCCM for pulling in the SCCM data in ServiceNow. This involved making the changes to the Integration hub ETL as per the existing configurations in the system, creating IRE data source rules, setting up data sources and Import schedules.
