ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to support the Department of Transportation (DOT). Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and administering ServiceNow ITSM application suite.
• Performing SMS development activities, applying SDLC and DevOps principles.
• Responding and resolving SMS-related issues. Key Skills and Qualifications
• 12+ years of relevant IT experience, including at least 6 in administration services for a major Service Management System (SMS), preferably ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Discovery and Integrations.
• Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (CIS-Disco) Certification is required.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification is required.
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years. Essential Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing ServiceNow applications and services.
• Delivering new functionality across applications.
• Managing and performing SMS development activities, supporting the entire development lifecycle.
• Applying SDLC and DevOps principles.
• Responding and resolving escalated SMS service requests and incidents.
