ServiceNow Sales Order Management Architect

Job Summary

Metasys Technologies seeks a highly skilled ServiceNow Sales Order Management Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on Sales Order Management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of Sales Order Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Define and implement robust integrations between ServiceNow and SAP EMS, ensuring seamless data flow for entitlements, contracts, and fulfillment processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that align with IT and business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Finance, Customer Success, IT, and Product teams.
• Define solution architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and API specifications.
• Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Optimize and automate order-to-cash processes, entitlement validation, and contract execution workflows.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and junior architects.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow and SAP EMS features, roadmap items, and industry trends.
