ServiceNow Developer

Location: New Jersey (Hybrid) Type: Contract Experience: 7+ years

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules, scripting, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge).
• Build workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and automation using Flow Designer.
• Configure CMDB, Discovery, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server).
• Create and enhance Service Catalog items and automation workflows.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and workflow/Flow Designer expertise.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and Service Catalog.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
