Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Tech Consultant

This is a remote opportunity.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our key delivery team. As a senior technical consultant, you will play a critical role in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the ServiceNow application suite for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating new application roll-outs and advising functional and admin teams on design and development best practices
• Providing day-to-day operational support and maintenance of production ServiceNow instances
• Leading and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 5+ years of demonstrated ServiceNow development/implementation experience
• A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
• ServiceNow certified administrator (CSA) certification
• Additional certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer, are a plus
