Job Description

As a skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer/Integration SME, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions using deep expertise in ServiceNow Modules and Third-party system integrations.

  • Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM.
  • Designing and delivering technical solutions.
  • Deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with Script includes, Business Rules, ACLs, Data and UI policies, Data import activities.
  • Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow integration solutions using Integrations (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and custom scripts.
