• Ensure the delivery team comprehends the context and details of backlog stories.
• Write and refine user stories with the delivery team.
• Demonstrate the product to stakeholders and confirm it meets business needs.
• Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure business requirements are met.
• Assist in planning and conducting end-to-end user acceptance testing.
• Create personas and journey maps to understand product users.
• Use data and innovative Agile practices to foster continuous improvement.
