ServiceNow Developer Omaha, NE (Onsite Contract)

Key Requirements / Responsibilities

• 5 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, focusing on OOB configurations, scripting, and platform customization.
• Experience designing and implementing Personal Injury (PI) and Recordable Environmental Incident (REI) workflows within ServiceNow (or similar enterprise workflow modules).
• Strong ability to build and enhance Incident, Case, Forms, Catalog Items, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub components.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety process flows (preferred, not mandatory).
• Work closely with SMEs to implement incident reporting, investigation, corrective action, and compliance tracking workflows.
• Customize OOB Health & Safety module components if required (even though H&S experience is optional).
• Build dashboards, reporting widgets, and automated notifications for PI/REI events.
• Perform unit testing, system integration, and provide production support for H&S-related enhancements.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams in an onsite environment at Omaha, NE.
