ServiceNow Engineer – CSM & Integrations (Permanent)

About the Role
We’re hiring a ServiceNow Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team supporting a major financial services organisation. This is a full-time permanent position, based on-site in Dallas, working on mission-critical, enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and complex platform integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, fast-paced delivery, and working closely with product and operations teams to build secure, scalable applications.

What You’ll Do
- Develop secure, scalable ServiceNow applications following SDLC best practices.
- Configure and enhance CSM, Workspaces, Flow Designer, and core platform capabilities.
- Build and support integrations using MID Server, OAuth, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and operations teams to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Participate in system design, platform governance, and performance optimization.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and development standards across the platform.
- Troubleshoot and manage issues within a high-availability, mission-critical environment.
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced ServiceNow engineer who brings strong platform knowledge, enjoys solving complex problems, and can work independently in a dynamic environment. You’re comfortable developing across the stack, working with integrations, and building CSM solutions that support large-scale operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience
- Strong expertise in CSM and ServiceNow solution design
- Proven experience with REST APIs, MID Server, OAuth, and third-party integrations
- Skilled in Flow Designer, Agent Workspace, and Configurable Workspaces
- Able to work on-site in Dallas
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or corporate banking
- Background in distributed systems or large-scale platform engineering
- Familiarity with AWS services (Kafka/MSK, ECS, S3, IAM, AWS X-Ray)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
