Job Description
The successful candidate will lead the operational support, maintenance, and optimization of our ServiceNow environment. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize ServiceNow platform (ITSM HRSD CSM CMDB)
- Manage users roles access controls and platform health
- Perform upgrades patching and ensure release compliance
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests
- Oversee workflows catalog items UI policies and business rules
- Manage integrations via MID Server REST / SOAP APIs
- Enforce governance security and data quality standards
- Collaborate with architects / developers on change management
- Leverage Flow Designer and automation tools
- Mentor junior admins and support end-user training Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience
- Proven integration skills and ITIL / CSDM knowledge
- Familiarity with ATF Instance Scan and platform health tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading admin / support teams
