• Seeking a contingent Business Analyst with deep ServiceNow expertise.
• This role will focus on streamlining and documenting current-state processes, improving requirement quality, and ensuring that deliverables for the release process are well-defined and actionable.
• The BA will work closely with platform engineers, release managers, and governance stakeholders to accelerate throughput and reduce rework.
• The role will ensure that governance deliverables and release artifacts are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements.
• This resource will support backlog burn-down by enabling faster story readiness and reducing cycle time through better requirement clarity.
• Rest integrations with some custom spokes but limited. Qualifications
