JD:

• 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM modules
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• CMDB
• Event Management
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, configuration management, and incident/problem/change workflows.
• Ability to create user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and test cases.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
