Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Attend meetings with customers to understand requirements and evaluate technical feasibility.
  • Convert valid feasible technical requirements into refined low-level design to code, ensuring design standards are not compromised.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure they adhere to design and change guidelines.
  • Evaluate new features functionalities of ServiceNow and work with the Platform owner to incorporate them.
  • Develop on the ServiceNow platform including modification of core applications such as Incident Problem Change Service Catalog and ESM applications.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring a common understanding and alignment of business technology.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years ServiceNow experience supporting implementation administration configuration of the ServiceNow tool.
  • Administration of a ServiceNow instance including delegation of groups workflows business rules UI actions UI policies ACLs dictionary catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
  • Debugging and developing scripting in ServiceNow tool configuration design work technical configuration & deployment.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks.
  • Good communication skills.
