Job Description
As a Delivery Manager, ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service within a contractual framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Coordination & Oversight Partner closely with PMO to align on timelines, governance, and reporting standards. Collaborate with Technical Advisory to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum. Assign resources to projects based on scope, complexity, and priority. Monitor the quality of deliverables to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. Escalate delivery constraints, risks, and dependencies to leadership for timely resolution.
- Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding delivery progress, risks, and dependencies. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Governance & Best Practices Enforce delivery frameworks, methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices across all initiatives. Drive compliance with organizational standards, including risk management and change control processes.
- Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes and enhance collaboration between internal/external stakeholders. Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
