Servicenow Solution Architect

Reporting to the Business Solution Manager, IT Service Management within IT Services, the ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for providing strategic direction with respect to the internal ServiceNow platform.

• Review business requirements and determine best-fit solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Review current state of the ServiceNow Configuration (CMDB) and Asset Management Databases (AMDB).
• Augment testing strategy and propose end-to-end tests for the CMDB/AMDB.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Self-motivated and autonomous working style.
• Ability to work well with multiple teams in a cross-functional setting.
• Demonstrated effective communication, writing, planning, and coordination skills.

Required certifications include:

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: ITSM, HAM, SAM.
