Primary Skills:

• ServiceNow modules: ITSM and ITOM (mandatory)
• ServiceNow Integration experience (mandatory)
• Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (mandatory)

Secondary Skills:

• Exposure to CSM and HRSD modules (preferred/secondary)

Certifications:

• ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred
• Notice Period – Immediate to 30 Days
