Job Description
Short Synopsis:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules, deep integration experience, and a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices. This role requires a balance of technical architecture skills, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on configuration and customization capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.

Architect and develop ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and platform security guidelines.

Drive CMDB health, Discovery optimization, Service Mapping, and Event Management activities within the ITOM scope.

Implement and promote Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for ServiceNow development, testing, and deployment.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to ensure system stability.

Maintain thorough documentation of designs, configurations, and development activities.
Primary Skills (Mandatory):
-
Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management).

Strong ServiceNow Integration experience (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub).

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines within ServiceNow development.

Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.

Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and platform management.
Secondary / Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

Experience in Service Portal development and UI customization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solution scalability and maintainability.
Certifications (Highly Preferred):

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM / ITOM / CSM / HRSD

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
