Servicenow Implementation Project Lead

Technical Service Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced technical service manager to lead our servicenow implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of it service management processes and be able to develop custom servicenow applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of servicenow implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. They will also provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage servicenow implementation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement custom servicenow applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the servicenow platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to servicenow best practices and development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to servicenow implementations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in servicenow development, configuration, and implementation.
• Proven experience in leading and managing servicenow projects.
• Strong understanding of it service management processes (itil) and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Servicenow certifications (e.g., certified system administrator, certified implementation specialist) are a plus.
