We have a ServiceNow technical position available in Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore or Noida. The job type is contract to hire (C2H) and immediate joiners are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow, specifically as a SME- SAM. They should also have skills in CSM, Technical Consultant and Financial service operations (FSO). In addition, they should have hands-on experience in insurance operations such as policy servicing, billing, payment claims and underwriting.

This role requires expertise in configuration development using Form UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer Integration Hub, Data Model, Integrations, APIs, SSO system integrations, Agent Workspace tailoring for insurance use cases, Configuring Workspace for agents, Channel intake portal, Insurance Product Lifecycle, Policy origination servicing renewals cancellations, Policy Servicing Workflows Beneficiary Change contact change etc, Billing and Payments, Claims Management.
