ServiceNow ITSM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM developer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide environments. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party connectors.
• Develop custom APIs and maintain seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external applications.
• Ensure integrations align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Workflow Automation Customization:
• Utilize ServiceNow AppEngine and Creator Studio to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB, to align with business requirements.
• Data Management Optimization:
• Analyze, map, and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

Mainline Certifications would be added advantage:

• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application developer
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources
