• Discovery Implementation: Design, implement, and manage ServiceNow Discovery, including Cloud Discovery, to ensure seamless integration with our IT infrastructure.
• Governance Processes: Develop, document, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery governance processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Schedule Management: Create and update ServiceNow Discovery IP ranges and schedules to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
• Middle-tier Servers: Design and implement MID-Servers for ServiceNow Discovery to ensure secure and reliable data transfer.
• Error Handling: Identify and resolve issues related to CI IRE rules, discovery logs, patterns, and probes to ensure minimal downtime. Requirements:
• Certification: Possess ServiceNow CSA or ITOM certifications to demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow implementation and management.
• Discovery Fundamentals: Have a solid understanding of ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals to design and implement effective discovery strategies.
• Strong Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of IP Subnets to develop effective ServiceNow Discovery schedules.
