Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead our implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on customer service management. Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for complex business requirements.
• Lead a team of developers in the implementation of ServiceNow projects.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Experience as a Lead developer & Architect in ServiceNow projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with 3CLogic integration with ServiceNow. Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required. Certifications in ServiceNow – CSA, CAD or CIS-CSM are also preferred.
