ServiceNow Architect Job Summary

This role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals and IT strategy.

• Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives.
• Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, JDBC, and tools like MID Server and Integration Hub.
• Oversee development and customization of ServiceNow modules, including ITOM and Health and Safety.

This requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and integration techniques.

Key responsibilities include developing governance frameworks, roadmaps, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations, as well as ensuring ServiceNow solutions are aligned with business goals and IT strategy. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with 12-15 years of hands-on ServiceNow expertise.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules.
• Proficiency in the Health and Safety module; experience with ITOM modules like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration. Benefits
