ServiceNow Security Operations Specialist

Our company is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to fill this critical role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing security policies across the organization, identifying and remediating system vulnerabilities, developing and implementing incident management processes, managing IT service management processes, and integrating various systems and applications.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Security Policy Implementation: Develop comprehensive security policies that align with organizational objectives.
• Vulnerability Management: Identify, classify, prioritize, and remediate system vulnerabilities.
• Incident Management: Design robust incident management processes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• IT Service Management: Manage and maintain IT service management processes to deliver services efficiently.
• Integration: Integrate various systems and applications to enhance operational efficiency and reduce complexity.

The ideal candidate should possess strong ServiceNow background and relevant experience in security operations, vulnerability management, incident management, IT service management, and integration. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
