We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing the user experience of our ServiceNow-based solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead UX design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of user experience design throughout the ServiceNow development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements and align with user needs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistent user experiences.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design standards in all solutions.
- Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of user advocacy and design excellence.
- Present UX strategies and deliverables to stakeholders and development teams.
