The Service Innovation Team within California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD) is looking for an experienced and motivated Information Technology Supervisor II (IT Sup II) to lead our ServiceNow Development & Support Team. In this role, you’ll serve as a working supervisor—providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of developers and analysts while also contributing directly to ServiceNow system design, configuration, and enhancement work. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners and IT leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient enterprise solutions that streamline operations and improve service delivery across CalPERS. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of our ServiceNow platform by driving automation, integration, and continuous improvement efforts. Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with at least three days of remote work and up to two days onsite, per week.

Effective July 1, 2025, The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly.
