The ideal candidate will possess senior-level ServiceNow development skills and customer interface capabilities to effectively gather requirements and design complex solutions tailored to business needs. Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.

Skills
- Senior-level ServiceNow development and/or administration skills
- Proficient in ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, including Scheduled Script Executions
- Knowledgeable in notifications, reporting, and integration processes
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Skilled in building and maintaining integrations leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs
Responsibilities
- Support ServiceNow CSM and ITSM applications by gathering requirements and designing solutions
- Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to implement project needs
- Collaborate effectively with clients to ensure business needs are met
- Engage in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Strong background in ITSM and CSM practices
- Excellent customer interfacing skills for requirement gathering and solution design
