ServiceNow Platform Expert

This role is ideal for someone passionate about implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules, designing and deploying end-to-end solutions, conducting requirements gathering, and providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, and strong knowledge of various modules. Additional certifications and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and scripting in ServiceNow are preferred.

A key aspect of this role is providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
