Title: ServiceNow Project Coordinator
Location: Detroit, MI - In office (Tue, Wed, Thu)
Duration: 12 months then eligible for Contract renewal
Key Details
12-month contract role (with the opportunity to extend), supporting work projected to span roughly three years. The team member will focus on managing ticket requests, scheduling resources, and executing changes for internal and external websites (owning edits, updates, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time).
Responsibilities (High-Level)
- Manage ServiceNow tickets and route requests to the correct teams
- Coordinate field resources and project scheduling
- Support multiple spaces coming online—liaise with transport and field teams for design and deployment
- Oversee ticket management, incident tracking, and remediation requests
- Maintain dashboards and the SharePoint site for visibility and reporting
- Ensure clear coordination among infrastructure, field, and project delivery teams
- Drive organization, documentation, and communication across stakeholders
