IT Project Manager - ServiceNow

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead our ServiceNow engagements from initiation through delivery. About the Role

• The successful candidate will develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
• They will coordinate business, technical, QA, and change-management teams to drive project success.
• Monitoring project scope, budget, risks, issues, and escalations is essential to this role.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency, is critical. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow or enterprise application implementation projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are necessary for this position.
• Familiarity with governance and quality frameworks, such as CMMI and ISO, is preferred. Benefits
