V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant for our premier client in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Technical Requirements and Certifications »

• ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow PPM

Education And Experience »

• Develop AV Target State Process aligning AV needs to Out-of-box- ServiceNow solution (PPM and ITSM).
• Able to elicit business/functional needs for AV Portfolio (Projects Delivery lifecycle and Operations Support).
• Map AV Needs to ServiceNow platform functionalities. Complete Fit Gap, recommend remediations for gaps identified.
• Act as a conduit between ServiceNow platform team and AV Team to translate AV business needs to ServiceNow platform Specifications.
• Facilitate AV Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to ensure solution and AV process align.
• Business Testing and quality assurance of the implemented solution.
• ServiceNow - Leading practices and advisory knowledge.
• Work with ServiceNow platform team to stand up, support, and implement the AV business processes.
