Advisory Solution Consultant

As a Solution Consultant at Servicenow, you will assist sales personnel in qualifying customer needs, act as technical advisor for strategic accounts, and deliver product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities

• Pre-demo needs analysis with customers
• Technical mentoring and training for colleagues
• Product demos for prospects and existing customers Requirements
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Strong experience in ITSM & ITOM, preferably in Pharma/Life Sciences
• Technical expertise in web technology and ability to learn new technologies

This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as understanding of enterprise IT architecture and experience working collaboratively across teams.
