- Validate workflows, escalation paths, and ServiceNow relevance
- Suggest improvements where needed
Skills
- Senior experience in Telecom Customer Support / Operations (e.g., Head of Support, Support Lead)
- ServiceNow experience is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of end-to-end telecom support processes
