Position Information: Our client is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.
• Build and customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, integrations, and data imports.
• Develop and support Service Portal components and catalog items.
• Implement enhancements to improve usability, automation, and process efficiency.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP and other API frameworks.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, flows, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience with Service Portal, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Proven ability to design intuitive workflows and automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CSM, ITSM, HRSD, CAD) preferred.
