ServiceNow Expert

A talented ServiceNow Expert is required to join our digital transformation initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across our organization.

• You will design and implement ServiceNow configurations that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency
• Your expertise in ServiceNow best practices will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategic solutions

Requirements for this role include:

• At least three years of recent experience working with ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment
• A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or software engineering
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple ServiceNow products/modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
