Sr. Business Analyst - ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, ITAM, and integration, with a proven track record of implementing ServiceNow solutions.

As a Sr. Business Analyst - ServiceNow Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for managing ServiceNow projects from initiation to delivery. This includes requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and their applications.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience managing ServiceNow projects. Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes is essential. Familiarity with CLIENT operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
