Role: Principal/Lead TC - HAM

Scope:

• Principal/Lead TC who is an expert with HAM to support workshop sessions, refine stories, demo solution, configure solution and provide advisory.
• Expert in Integrations related to CMDB/HAM.
• To work with Customer Services to plan a ServiceNow HAM configuration that allows Customer to manage customer's hardware assets.
• High-level stories to configure HAM to support this objective.
• Must be able to travel to Sta Clara, CA for workshops.
