[Remote] ServiceNow Trainer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TechYard is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to join their growing team. The role involves delivering official ServiceNow courses, mentoring learners, and contributing to customer enablement and solution demonstrations across multiple ServiceNow products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led ServiceNow courses aligned with official curriculum, including:
• • ServiceNow Fundamentals (SNAF)
• • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• • IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Provide mentorship and coaching to learners at all levels.
• Support presales and delivery teams with enablement sessions, solution demonstrations, and project-based engagements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training content, labs, and delivery techniques.
• Deliver training sessions flexibly to accommodate global or academic schedules.

Skills

• Proven experience as an authorized ServiceNow Trainer, approved through the ServiceNow --Authorized Training Partner (ATP) program or previously on the ServiceNow public schedule.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring, developing, and administering the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise across ServiceNow Fundamentals, ITSM, and Application Development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to make complex topics engaging and practical.
• Interest in expanding into presales or delivery consulting roles over time.
