Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in SAM Pro and HAM Pro to lead development, configuration, and optimization of enterprise-grade asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro & HAM Pro modules.

Build and enhance workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.

Automate asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance processes.

Manage ingestion and maintenance of asset data from CMDB, SCCM, JAMF, Intune, and other sources.

Maintain platform best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Handle upgrades, patching, and continuous platform enhancements.

Lead Software Asset Management initiatives (license models, entitlements, counters, compliance).

Oversee full Hardware Asset lifecycle including procurement, stockroom, assignments & disposal.

Ensure high data accuracy and adherence to global asset management standards.

Key Skills Required

10+ years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in SAM Pro & HAM Pro.

Deep understanding of Software & Hardware Asset Management best practices.

Solid knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and integrations with asset systems.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations.

Experience with MID Server setup and troubleshooting.

ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

ServiceNow CIS – SAM/HAM certification highly desirable.
