- Project Manager (Level II) - ServiceNow BCM & AICT (Level II) - Location: Tallahassee, FL (hybrid) - Term: ~6.5 months (Dec 2025-Jun 2026) - Type: Contract, full-time Pay Rate: $80.34/hour (Part-time), estimated 300 hours Checks: FDOT/FBI Level II background check prior to access Summary (what you do) Own end-to-end delivery for FDOT's ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and AI Control Tower (AICT) implementation. Drive planning, scope, schedule, risk, budget, burn, and acceptance at each phase. Ensure the solution and team comply with 60GG-5, ISO 22301, NIST AI RMF, and FDOT AI Policy with auditable artifacts and SSP updates. Core outcomes (how success is measured)
- Phase-gate acceptances met (Initiation → Foundation/Crawl → Test → Deploy/Closeout)
- UAT complete with no Sev1/Sev2 defects at go-live
- Training/KT delivered with &Client;90% CSAT and &Client;80% assessment pass rate
- Compliance evidence submitted (test results, governance register, ISO-mapped BCM docs, SSP diffs) Responsibilities
- Master schedule, RAID log, change control, stakeholder communications, steering/risk forums
- Define "definition of done," acceptance criteria, quality plan, and measure progress to it
- Orchestrate testing (perf/security/UAT), defect triage, go-live readiness, hypercare
- Maintain the Compliance Traceability Matrix; submit and track SSP updates Minimum qualifications
- Experience: 5+ yrs PM (&Client;3 ServiceNow projects in regulated/public sector)
- Education: Bachelor's in IS/IT/Engineering/Business (or 10+ yrs relevant PM exp in lieu)
- Certifications (preferred/required): PMP or PRINCE2; ITIL 4 Foundation (preferred)
