ServiceNow Software Asset Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing software assets within CVS Health using ServiceNow SAM Pro. The successful candidate will create and maintain accurate software asset records, ensuring effective tracking, management, and optimization of CVS software assets. This includes reconciling software deployments with license and maintenance entitlements, ensuring compliance with accounting, regulatory, corporate, and legal requirements related to IT software assets.

• Create and maintain software asset information, including Software Models, Discovery Models, Software Entitlements & Software Catalog Items using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Resolve unmatched or partially normalized Software Discovery Models to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze reconciliation reports to determine required actions to address non-compliant software installations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) operations using ServiceNow SAM Pro. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and identify discrepancies in software usage, licensing, and inventory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments are also essential.
