ServiceNow ITOM Architect, Global Technology

Job Description:

As the ServiceNow ITOM Architect, you will design, architect and innovate ITOM solutions together with a cross-functional team accountable for processes and execution of IT Operations in Deloitte Technology. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, architecting and innovating in the latest areas of IT Operations Management such as Observability, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Technologies and the ServiceNow Common Data Services Model (CSDM) amongst others.
• Crafting guiding principles and standards for our organization, and helping to implement them in real time for our Operations teams
• Working with diverse teams from varied levels across the organization and time zones that will give you the opportunity for exposure across our organization
• Fostering and championing data driven and machine learning capabilities to help us operate our Services using modern architecture principles
• Helping integrate several leading edge monitoring solutions into a common workflow engine using Service to help automate remediation and self-healing techniques
