What You’ll Do

• Drive data migration from external tools to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with SMEs to define data mappings and functional requirements.
• Provide best-practice guidance on CSM/OM data models and their impact on processes.
• Manage large-scale data extractions and transformations into ServiceNow formats.
• Handle all data objects within CSM/OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CSM (Case Management, CSM Portal)
• Order Management (ServiceNow or similar tools)
• ServiceNow Platform & CSDM
• Data Mapping, Data Models, API Integration
• Familiarity with ITIL , Agile SCRUM , and large transformation projects.
• Bonus: Experience with CSM/OM best practices and impact analysis .
