Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer with end-to-end experience in the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, developing, and integrating HRSD solutions across various submodules. Strong scripting, integration skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement solutions in the ServiceNow HRSD module.
Work on end-to-end HRSD implementations including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Document Management, HR Service Catalog, Employee Onboarding & Offboarding, and HR Workflows. Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and UI policies. Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, or MID Server. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for HRSD processes and integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.

Skills & Qualifications
3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
Strong scripting skills : JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes. Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, MID Server). Familiarity with HR processes and workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. ServiceNow HRSD certifications are a plus.)
