Location: Phoenix, AZ / Charlotte,NC/ Salt Lake City, UT/ NYC, NY

Type : Long term Contract

Experience & hands on in Java. FSS experience needed.

ServiceNow Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM modules, including configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB.

Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS; experience with JS utilities and conceptual architecture.

Agile Experience: 5+ years working within Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks, including participation in scrum teams and use of tools like Rally.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education & Certifications: BS/MS in Computer Science/// An Application Consultant for ServiceNow is responsible for providing configuration and maintenance support for the software product implementation. They should possess expertise in both business and technical skills related to specific ServiceNow modules, as well as service management and ITIL processes. The role involves leading the team in building a ServiceNow strategy based on value vs. effort, preparing cost-benefit models, and contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing. The consultant should also be proficient in various web technologies, such as XML, HTML, and Web Services, and have knowledge of technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL. They must be able to tailor the solution to budget guidelines and negotiate with clients, while ensuring successful implementation and adherence to project
