ServiceNow Administrator

Job Description

A company in the Cincinnati area is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to support the growing ServiceNow Platform team within our Information Technology (IT) department. This individual will be responsible for the operational support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform such as bi-weekly sprint releases, monthly patch updates, and upgrade cycles. In this role, they will be supporting IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Security Operations (SECOPS) processes and functions within ServiceNow Platform. Additional responsibilities to assist ServiceNow development team on implementing new functionality and enhancements to Service Portal, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB and Platform Analytics.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Admin experience

• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and SECOPS

• Understanding of CMDB structure

• Worked in an agile environment - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
