ServiceNow Expert for IBM BPM/BAW Migration Project

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant or team to migrate our existing business processes and applications from IBM Business Process Management (BPM/BAW) to the ServiceNow Platform.

Key responsibilities include:

Analyze current IBM BPM workflows, business rules, forms, and integrations.

Redesign and rebuild these processes in ServiceNow using App Engine, Flow Designer, and Process Automation.

Migrate historical data, user data, and attachments.

Rebuild integrations with external systems using IntegrationHub or custom APIs.

Ensure performance, scalability, and best practices are followed in ServiceNow.

Provide documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required experience:

Proven experience in migrating from IBM BPM/BAW to ServiceNow (please share specific examples or case studies).

Deep expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, Process Automation, and IntegrationHub.

Strong understanding of IBM BPM architecture, toolkits, and coaching.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
